A few misconceptions on the Tugs Wikia here:
Big Mac - the model was not fully repaired, there are still cracks to the decking and cosmetic bits to tidy up on the wheelhouse, but all that the former owner did was cosmetic work, tidying the models up which did not constitute a full repair. We still need to get him fixed up later on down the line.
OJ - There are in fact TWO funnels for OJ, one for Lakesider, the other in his Star Tugs finery. Neither of them are 'nearly wrecked' as the Wikia suggests, the back of the Lakesider wasn't painted as it would never been seen on-screen. As for 'regaining' the face, hat etc. - he never lost them, they were merely detached so they could film him in his Thomas & Friends guise.
